About Us

Established in 2018, Kernow Map Co. is a collaboration between a graphic designer and a surf instructor.

Together, we have designed our first map: a Surf Map of Great Britain, which locates over 200 surf spots around the country.

We have lovingly researched and designed this map consulting local surfers from England, Scotland and Wales along the way.

We will be releasing more unique designs in the future.

All our maps are printed locally and in small batches.

Our printer uses high quality paper and inks and every map has been made with care in Cornwall, England. We are committed to keeping our business plastic-free, and our packaging has been designed with this in mind. Our postage tubes are rectangular - meaning no plastic lid.

We are committed to supporting a cause we care about.

When it came to deciding which charity we wanted to support, The Sea Sanctuary seemed like a natural fit. Like us, they are based in Cornwall and passionate about the therapeutic benefits of the ocean.  10% of all our profits are going towards supporting the work they do.
